Recipe supplied by Ballistic Beer Co, Brisbane, Australia Grist: 60% BB Ale 12% Rolled Oats 9% Gladfield Aurora 5% Gladfield Light Chocolate 1.5 % Roasted Barley 2% Carafa II Add 15 mins before end of boil: 3.5% Lactose 1.5% Dextrose Ferment @ 20°C with 80g/HL US-05 Day 6 of Ferment add: Cacao Nibs Cinnamon Nutmeg Habanero (put in a bag so you can remove when beer is hot enough)
