Yeast working hard 5/12/20.
Anvil 7G in fermentation chamber set at 62. Anvil currently at 59/60
Added 1oz Simcoe on 5/17/20 9:20pm
Added 1oz Amarillo on 5/18/20 3:30pm in stainless mini hop
Added 1oz Columbus on 5/19/20 free hopping
Kegged 5/25/20
CO2 @ 13psi on 5/26/20.
Moved to kegerator on 6/4/20
Aroma- some dank some floral.
