Yeast Starter - 2.8 litres filtered water - 300 grams DME - OG 1.041 Brewday - pitched yeast at 20.1 C Day 1 - bubbles noted after 9 hours Day 2 - very active Day 3 - very active Day 4.5 — activity slowing - small trub dump - added dry hops - rapid increase in fermentation activity - raise temp to 20C Day 5 - slow activity - rasie temp to 21C Day 7 - raise temp to 22C - very slow activity - FG 1.014 - added 2nd dry hop - reduce temp to 15C to start cold crash - added CO2 bag Day 9 - dump trub - FG 1.014 - added 1 tsp (5 ml) gelatine in 150 ml - 66C boiled water - stir to mix - set temp to 5C Day 12 - keg to 2 - 19 litre corny kegs (36.5 litres)
