Taste Notes
Scrape the inside of 2-3 whole vanilla beans and add to primary fermentation. Alternatively you can use Vanilla extract and add to taste in the secondary, but the whole bean method is much better.
Half bag of medium oak chips with Jim Beam soak on brew night.
Add bourbon soaked oak chips to primary and remove on transfer to secondary.Notes
