Notes
Reduced boil time from 90 minutes to 75 minutes since at the 15 minute mark, I added the hops instead of the whirfloc
I ended up throwing the whirlfloc in and boiled for roughly 5 minutes, then killed the boil. So there was about 10 minutes short of the full size boil.
