Notes
Add package of frozen raspberries to secondary fermenter and rack from primary to secondary.
Racked onto fruit after 1 week.
Got busy and left on fruit in secondary for 2 weeks.
Had LOTS of problems with stuck mash. Had to add lots more rice hulls.
Good summer beer
by BayouBrewerI brew this one in warmer weather. This is a new version of the recipe. I missed my mash temps and it came out a little astringent. I am looking for feedback on this one, so PLEASE if you brew it post some feedback here. Could use more raspberry flavor.
