Taste Notes

Tasted le 20.12.19 Good and strong haziness! Well carbonated. Citrus, pineapple and a lot of flavor, very pleasant. Really pleasant mouthfeel, good bitterness. My best brew, I'm totally happy with this trial.

Notes

I had to add 200 g of sugar during the boil to match the target post boil gravity. Mash wasn't efficient, I don't know why. Side note: I rebrew this receipe and I didn't have any issue with mash efficiency, I suspect I didn't mixed properly the hole grist before starting the mash. Dry hop from day 2 of fermentation with 100g citra and 100g mosaic for 3 days. Dry hop from day 3 of fermentation with 50g citra and 50g mosaic for 8 days. No cold crash Carbo : 2.0 4.3 g / L => 1.3g / 0.33L
