Notes

149F 90 min mash. 64F ferment. Let rise after 48 hours. 2dl whiskey and 100 g medium oak soaked for two weeks. Give the oak a quick boil or two first to get rid of some of the harsh tannins. Leave the oak in the keg for a week or two. Bottle or transfer to a new keg when satisfied with oak taste.
