Taste Notes

CC2016 -- Metallic Flavor w/ a "twang" perfumy, Nice Beer a bit metallic in the flavor & ester dominated. Banana, not much / if any citrus or peppers. -- Smells a bit like powder gator aid, too much banana,not enough of the pepper spice, needs more carbonation, not sure if saison yeast was used. Good beer but not very saison like in flavor and aroma
