Notes

Overestimated boil-off volume by 0.79 gallons. Resulted in to much for fermenter and not all of the wort fit in the fermenter. Very good fermentation by the next day. Active fermentation lasted about 5 days Kegged on 12/8/2013 and put on 20 psi CO2. SG 1.004
