Notes

Tested mash pH at end, forgot to do earlier, but measured 5.3 so highly confident that it wasn’t a problem. Did not measure post-boil volume. I need to see what my conical really holds, shows ~8.5 gallons on sidewall. Really crammed hops in a small bag. Need brew bags! Or get a hop spider looking seriously at yeast brink 4/23 got freezer and started cold crash, measured FG of 1.011, pulled dry hops off of beer 4/24 12:30pm added gelatin (7.5 grams) and stirred, continued cold crash
