Taste Notes

3 oz. home roasted pale malt. soaked 24 hrs in diluted coffee and oven roasted 1:15. Mash 153 - 155 degs. 3.5 to 4.5 gals. mash, 1st sparge 2.5 gals, 2nd 2 gals. 7 gals. pre boil. 1hr 10 boil. 2 3/4 gals from mash. 5 gals at 1st sparge. 7 to boil. .50z. raw sugar total with corn 4 1/8oz
