11% de trigo = muchos porblemas para recircular a traves de la bolsa, bajo rendimiento, hubo que hervir 110 min para llegar a 1.060
PH: ~5,3 - agua La Plata - filtrada (sedimentos y cloro)
- BIAB full volumen(19,2 litros), 6,5 -7 grs de ácido cítrico
- BIAB 12 litros + 7,2 litros mashout, 5 grs de ácido cítrico en agua de maceración y 2,5 grs en agua de mashout.
- BIAB 12 litros + 8,2 litros lavado, 5 grs de ácido cítrico en agua de maceración y 3 grs en agua de lavado.
Los lúpulos de whirpool 80-85 C (hop stand 20 min)
