brewed 4/16. 146 for one hour, 155 20 minutes, 162 15 minutes mash out at 172. OG 1.043, pitched yeast at 71 degrees, 20 seconds O2 open fermented. Ferm moving at a snails pace, low 70's clearly too cool for this yeast. on 4/22 transferred to carboy with wilbur brett to use as blending stock for solera.
