Taste Notes
75ppm sulfate, 20 ppm chloride, mash ph 5.4, 4 liter starter. brewed 3/23/20. step mash, 157, 155, 162, 170. Didnt use hops screen. Only got it cooled to 59 until I pitched yeast and cooled to 54. OG 1.050. Lag time less than 8 hours. at oay 6ne week it was at 1.016. transferred to keg to spund. slowly carbonated in keg. on 4/1 it was at 17 PSIThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
