Taste Notes

Brewed 1/26/2020. Mash 148 for 5 minutes, 153 30 minutes 162 10 minutes 172 10 minutes OG 1.062, Pitched very active 1L starter of WLP028 at 57.5 degrees. Brewed second time on 4/27 with unadjusted tap water treated with sulfites.
