Created a 4500ml starter using 400g of DME; did a secondary stage as well just because we weren't ready to brew. 06/07/2020: Brewday, finished off with more than 10-12 gallons at 1.050. 07/03—legged after a week or so cold crashing. Tastes good, somewhat Estery
