Taste Notes

04-11-10: første smagning lover godt. god krydret profil, men lidt tynd i maltsmagen. Dejlig mørk farve, moderat kulsyre men tilpas for typen. 28-12-2010: Alle der har smagt den er vilde med den. Jeg mener dog at nellikerne er for fremtrædende, men stadigvæk en rigtig god juleøl. Kulsyren er lidt lav stadigvæk, og på party keg er den ikke eksisterende.

Notes

Tilsat: 15G sød appelsinskal, 1 hel kanelstang og 7G nelliker. Koges med i 15 min. Muscavado tilsat ved omstikning.
