Taste Notes

02-09-2012: Efter lagring fremstår øllen som mild og rund i smagen med en god balance mellem karamel og humle. Alkoholen virker svag, men er det ikke - god balance. Så afgjort en af mine allerbedste bryg - der er ikke noget jeg ville lave om hvis jeg skulle/kunne lave den igen.
