The balance is great. The three aditions of Nugget results on a complex herbal flavor. The ratio to make the concentrate of dark malts is 50g malta/ 50 g water for 1 week on the fridge, filter the malt and concentrated on heat. You can add cocoa, coffee or vanilla on this concentrated and opcionally 50 grams of brown sugar.
