Bryggedag 16. april 2020 Starter overnight mashing 15. april fra kl. 01 og mæsker ud ved 9-tiden dagen efter. Sætter FWH i humleposen i tappespanden og sparger som normalt med 1 stor gryde samt en elkedel fuld med vand. Hælder 2 liter vand i kedlen fordi SG er 1057, det er for højt. Efter kogning og chilling er OG 1054 med refraktometer. Tilten måler dog til 1050, så det er det jeg bruger.
