Notes

Mash at 151 for 25 minutes. Vourlauf for 15 minutes then drain into the kettle. Sparge to reach desired volume. Boil for 60 minutes. Whirpool for 45 minutes, adding first whirlpool addition at the start and the next after 20 minutes. Chill to slightly below fermentation temp, and ferment at 65. Add dry hops according to the schedule: First batch of dry hops on day 4 Second batch of dry hops on day 7 Remove all dry hops on day 11 Cold crash after removing the hops.
