Notes

In using hop basket, it fell into boil and had to retrieve. Then hopped last 5 min of boil with no spill. 06.24.20 - added 2.5 teaspoons gelatin - boiled 1 cup water then cooled to 120 degrees (anything under 150 was fine) then put in fermenter and stirred.
