Notes

Strike temp 162 F / Mashed in at 153 F. Basically right on. Still 152 F at 34 minutes in. Hydrometer 1.071 OG Tilt it 1.069 OG Almost forgot to dry hop. Dry hopped on 5/16. Kegged on 5/19. FG on tilt was way off, 1.004 and 64 F. Hydrometer was 1.017 at 64 F or 1.017 corrected.
