Notes

nearly 3 gal of mash out water at 202 f, 7.5 gal of sparge water=12.5 gal pre boil wort. I forgot to put in aroma hops:( SG 1.82 Fermentation took off strong:) Took reading at 12/30 1.12 apx 8% racked into secondary
