Notes

Starting gravity is 1.090 not sure how that happened 4 hr after pitching activiy is observed. 6 hr active fermentation achieved. measured gravit 9-1-19 at 73f is 1.022 abv apx 9% lots of phelenols, bubble gum and bannana aroma, sweet with alcholol warming
