Post-modification Water Profile: Calcium 130, Magnesium 8, Sodium 13, Sulfate 99, Chloride 174, Biocarbonate 45 1.5oz of Galaxy added in “whirlpool” when wort was 96 degrees OG 1.069 1 oz of Galaxy and 1oz of Citra added the evening of 4/4 with fermentation visibly strong FG 1.017, ABV 6.8% Hit with 38lbs of CO2 beginning 4/14 at 6:30 pm, beer/keg was room temperature Took off gas on 4/15 at 10:00 AM, totalling 15.5 hours on 38 lbs of CO2
