Notes

3/4 Préchauffage eau + métabisulfite 4/4 Brassage PH = 6.8 Ajout de 10 gr acide citrique (trop) -> PH= 4.4 Prévoir 5 gr une autre fois, ou malt acide. Avant l’ébu, le PH remonte à 5.4. OK. 28 l à 1055. Trop pour un seul seau -> Division en deux seaux. 9/4 Montée t° à 21° Stagnation de la densité à 1016 à partir du 11/4. 11/4 ajout 100 gr Simcoe + 100 gr Citra 16/4 transvasement dans un seul seau + cold crash 19/4 Embouteillage 65 bouteilles 33 cc 21,5 l à 5.2°
