Taste Notes

Used base malt from Not too Shabby and changed yeast... Very good.!

Notes

Douged in at 160, set 152. Added 10 minutes to boil after remving the hop bag. Wirlpool hops with out bag. Dumped trub on 4/17. Kegged and bottled 4/25.
