Notes

Mash Mashed in temperature - 62C Mash Heated the mash tun with gas burner. Recirculated mash using chugger pump and stirred approximately every 1/2 hour. Mash temperature fluctuated beteen 62 and 63 C. Mash time was 120min Fly sparged. Collected 27.0l in boil kettle. Pre-boil gravity = 1.050. Added 3 liters of boiling water to pot at 80min. Post boil gravity = 1.055 Collected 20l in the fermenter. Ferment at 19C Primary 13/12/13 Secondary 27/12/13 OG = 1.055 13/12/13 SG = 1.005 27/12/13 SG = 0.999 16/01/14 Bottle 16/01/14 Approximately 20l Aiming for carbonation level of 2.0 Add 111g corn sugar.
