Notes

-pitch the whole of the pureee including the seeds. I'll get more flavour, and it will be racked at the end anyway. 1.012 before raspberry addition @ 400g - substitute the 2 row here which is a great Ontario grain, with your own 2 row. - change up your brewing profile.
