used electric 5 gal tea pot for HLT No sparge Main mash had a grit ratio of 1.35 Mash in temp was 151.5 held solid for 40 min, started to crash between 45 - 60 mark down to 146F Added 190 water at 50 min to raise temp from 144 to 151 used old yeast nuteriant wort tasted bitter and chocolatity measure grativy was 1.046 at 70F,
