Notes
Unsure of much of anything with this brew; accurate notes weren't taken beer is lagering, so it's assumed that terminal gravity was reached, diacetyl rest occurred, and it's been lagering; taste check to see if any dramatic flaws exist.
4/22/2020 -- transferring into a keg for further lagering. tapping 5/1 or whenever Citrillo blows.
Fg rrading at 54deg was 1.014. Beer is clean, dark and maybe a tinge of fruitiness. Might be the ipa I’m drinking also.
4/26/2020 -- Citrillo kicked, so I pulled that keg and replaced with dunkel keg on the gas. should be carbonating and ready to serve by weekendThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
