Notes

0 minute hops at flameout. Whirlpool and add hops, let rest for 10 minutes. Cool to 68 degrees F and pitch American Ale Yeast After fermentation completes, drop hop in primary for 4 days. Pre-boil volume should be just over 6 gallons
