Notes
Para hacer una cocción de unos litros más (14 en vez de 10) y seguir usando BIAB en la olla de 24 litros, estirar la receta a 12 litros(~límite de la olla de 24 litros granos+agua) y:
- agregar 2 litros de agua sanitizada helada al fermentador o agregar 2 litro de agua al final del hervor.
Después de dos dias de fermentació a 19/20 Celcius disolví 200gr de azucar de caña en 200gr de agua, herví por 5 minutos, enfrie a 25 Celsius, agregué al fermentador y revolví el mosto. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
