Notes

Beers 123 and 124 There is nothing like a global pandemic to shake up traditions. For us, this means brewing a beer with a name inspired by a band other than Nine Inch Nails. With some time freed up by a "shelter in place" order issued by the San Francisco Bay Area counties and a job transition we seized the opportunity to brew up this beer, which is a modification of a recipe from our good friend Kregg Kemper (@gigatropolis on Untappd). Frequent dosing with Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, and Mosaic hops creates a tropical hop aroma that is a precursor to the explosion of sticky hop flavor in this triple IPA. The End of the World as We Know It was fermented with neutral California Ale yeast. I Feel F.I.N.E. (Friendly, Intoxicated, Numb, Exuberant) was fermented with Hornindal Kveik yeast to further accentuate the tropical fruit flavors.
