Ended up @ 7.75 pre boil. This ended up being about right to get 6 gallons in fermenter with a fair bit of loss to trub. 1.039 preboil, 12 brix post boil. Whirpool was done between 200 and 185 then chilled.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
