Taste Notes

This beer has a sulphery aroma and a astringent taste. not sure how or why. Probably the lack of oxygen at the start of fermentation stressed the yeast. I dont think i added too much sodium meta.

Notes

Mashing went well. I was careful not to add hot side oxygen so cooling took ages. Didnt recirc during cooling at all. transfered to fermentor using pump but i dont think that was enought to oxygenate it as it was slow to start ferment. added some sodium metabisulphate.
