Taste Notes

Basing on Mortlager noir after the great idea to ramp it up to make a doppelbock at WEHomebrew. Upped to get abc to 7% and have added some Special B to bring a dried fruit flavour to it. Hopefully be ready for Lager than life 2020 comp

Notes

Scored 39 in Lager than life contest winning the dark lager table and coming 2nd overall. Carafe and roast added at sparge not mash.
