1.047 @ four days fermentation.. taste promising, no off flavors, and has a distinct spice. 22-Oct-13
1.027 taste promising, dry hopped, no off flavors, a bit spicy, 25 October 13... Used 2oz/2oz of Chinook and Centennial
1.018 3 November, very fruity in the nose, and slightly sweet. Kegged, with issues relating to transfering. Will cold crash and siphon out of keg, and re-keg
