Notes

Brygdag 14. februar 2020 Har brugt 0,6 Liter gulerodsjuice. Beersmith kan ikke lide kommatal derfor står der 0L. 3ml mælkesyre til mæskevandet inden malten tilsættes. Laver First Wort Hopping med humle i hopspider. Dårlig mæskeeffektivitet. Chilling med kobberchiller. De 0,6 L gulerodsjuice tilsættes direkte i spanden ved tapningen. Gæringen starter efter 5 timer.
