Taste Notes

Grassy after first day in keg. Second day this character subsided. Not as aromatic as I would have hoped, and the flavor not as citrusy. Perfectly fine, but not my best batch of this beer. May have used too much gypsum, sulfates may have been too high.

Notes

Uneventful brew day. Packaged four days later than planned (laziness). Finished beer very hazy, NEIPA-like.
