6 lbs 6.88 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1
3 lbs 3.36 oz White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 2
8.00 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 3
1.00 oz Willamette [5.3%] - Boil 30 min Hops 4
1.00 oz First Gold [8.1%] - Boil 10 min Hops 5
1.0 pkgs American Wheat Ale (Wyeast Labs #1010) Yeast 6

10 lbs of Strawberries: For the strawberry addition, I use strawberries that I pick fresh. I keep them frozen until I'm ready to add them. When it's time for the addition, I remove them from freezer, cut off the tops and place them in a sanitized bucket. I then rack my crash-cooled beer to the bucket, place in refrigerator and wait a week or so. I then rack straight to the keg and enjoy!
