Notes

10 lbs of Strawberries: For the strawberry addition, I use strawberries that I pick fresh. I keep them frozen until I'm ready to add them. When it's time for the addition, I remove them from freezer, cut off the tops and place them in a sanitized bucket. I then rack my crash-cooled beer to the bucket, place in refrigerator and wait a week or so. I then rack straight to the keg and enjoy!
