2/21/2020
SG 1.012 mash after removing BIAB. 79F sample in hydrometer flask. 4 gallons water, some BeerSmith calculations would suggest 56% efficiency. Mash temp way too high, like 170F. Lost 1 gallon to grains.

Smidge more than 5 gallons.
Switched to extract profile to better reflect dismal grain efficiencies and actualized OG.
