Set to 40F 3/09/20 (Day 15) - Set to 34F. 1.000 3/16/20 (Day 22) - Racked to a keg and set to 12PSI. Around 4 gallons. Tasted pretty good. Maybe a bit too citrusy from the lemon and orange zest. Ended up really good. Not too citrusy. Really dry.
