Ajouté 25 ml de dilution de piment à 4 mgr/litre.
Le piment a été dilué à raison de 0,5 gr dans 20 cc d’alcool à 30°.

Densité stable à partir du 1/3
Stagnation de la fermentation à partir du 8/2 à 1028. Ajout de Kveik à 22°.
