Notes

Ajouté 25 ml de dilution de piment à 4 mgr/litre. Le piment a été dilué à raison de 0,5 gr dans 20 cc d’alcool à 30°. 1 ml = 2,5 mgr. 2/2 Brassage PH=6.8 Densité stable à partir du 1/3 Stagnation de la fermentation à partir du 8/2 à 1028. Ajout de Kveik à 22°. 22/3 Embouteillage 45 bouteilles 33 cc.
