4,8 ml mælkesyre (0,xmL/liter) tilsættes 16 liter Rødekro vand for at opnå en mæske pH på 5.4 (ifølge Bru’n Water)
Brygdag: 23/03-2018
2019/03/23: 2 x M-44 gærbreve rehydreret og tilsat da urten var kølet ned til 20 grader kl. 23. (det ene brev udløb i 2017, så derfor 2).
2019/03/28: Tilsat 50g Amarillo humlepellets til gærspanden. Gærkrausen var faldet til ro.
2019/04/13: Tappet på fad. FG 1015 ved 9 grader = FG 1013 korrigeret => ABV 5,6% - perfekt!This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
