Mash 2.145 gal sparge 2.01gal mash for 60 at 152.
Cold steep milled dark grains in 2qts of cold water for 48 hours. Strain/filter add steeped grains to last 15 mins of the boil
Cold steep yielded 1.5qts modified the water to accomidate
