11/30/13 - Pitched yeast at 5:00am. It was a rough brew day. Everything outside was frozen, including the hose. 12/10/13 - 6.3 brix not where I wanted it to end. I was hoping for 8 or 7 1214/13 - put 3 oz of N. brewer hops in for a dry hop addition 12/28/13 - kegged today. Not sure what to make of it...
