Notes

Mexican stout 14 percent stout. March 8 To five gallons after three weeks add 3 ancho Chili pods Seeded and soaked in water tare up. One cinammon stick Two vanilla beans Soak that in a mason jar for a few hours with four ounces old grand dad bonded. Add to secondary in a Muslim bag with 4 ounces cocao nibs. The true chocolate nibs After 10 days it has too much vanilla and no heat. Added three guallilo and two Chile de arbol on 25 March. Kegged first week of April.
